A practical system for aligning your calendar with your values so your week reflects what matters most.
Intentional living is rarely about giant breakthroughs. Most progress comes from repeatable weekly decisions.
Each Sunday, I run a 30-minute planning pass:
- Name the 3 outcomes that matter most.
- Place deep-work blocks before meetings.
- Leave white space for recovery and reflection.
This keeps priorities visible and protects energy from constant context switching.
